Freight – FIS* (free in store) in metro areas of Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne and ACT.  For delivery to other areas, please confirm freight charges.
Payment terms – For the first three orders, payment is required prior to orders being dispatched after which an account may be approved. Should accounts accrue beyond the agreed term, the account will be suspended until full payment has been made. Subsequent orders may then be subject to revoked terms. We reserves the right to vary credit terms at any time.
Lead times – Although we will endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, it is recommended that you allow a lead time of approximately 10-15 working days from artwork approval. This lead time can vary according to quantities ordered and peak demand periods.
Cancellations – All costs incurred at time of cancellation will be invoiced accordingly.
Placing orders – The minimum order is 36 mugs. When ordering by fax or email, please ensure that your purchase order includes your relevant contact details as well as the following:
•     Coffee mug details – style and colour
•     Quantity
•     Type of print required, eg, low fire or dye sublimation
•     Number of print colours
•     Number of print positions
•     Delivery instructions and date required
Artwork – The print-ready vector artwork should be emailed upon placement of order which you will receive on placement of order.
Please provide (to size) print-ready vector artwork in either jpg, eps or pdf  in CS3  file format.
Artwork approval – Once orders and artwork are received, an Artwork Approval Form is emailed to ensure all details are correct. This must be signed and emailed/fax returned before production can begin.
NB: We cannot guarantee a delivery date if the Artwork Approval Form is not signed and return faxed within 48 hours of receipt.

Print colours – With low fire printing, close PMS colour matches can be achieved.
However, in high fire printing some colours cannot be matched and others may vary during the firing process. For this reason, an exact colour match cannot be guaranteed. PMS colours will be used only as a guide.
Product specifications – Our quality mugs are stocked in a wide variety of colours. However, we cannot always guarantee exact colour matches (as per the catalogue/website images) due to firing conditions and the type of substrate. Due to the production process, slight variations and small imperfections in the ceramic and glaze are not considered flaws.
These conditions are within acceptable industry standards. Product specifications may be altered by the manufacturer without notice. Acceptable industry standard is a 5% variance (eg, undersupply or breakage-in-transit) While every effort is made to fill orders to exact quantities, please take this into account when ordering. In the event of an
undersupply, you will only be invoiced for the number of mugs dispatched.
Minimum quantities and lead times apply. Please contact us to discuss your requirements in more detail.
PRINT PROPERTIES

Low Fire – using this process, decorated mugs/cups are pad or screen printed using ceramic inks and oven-fired to produce a longer-lasting printed product. This method is dishwasher-resistant and microwave safe as well as scratch-resistant, and ideal for every-day promotional, give-away purposes particularly in terms of cost and PMS colour matching.
NB: care should be taken to avoid using harsh metal scourers/sharp objects to clean these mugs.

High Fire – using this process, decorated mugs/cups are either screen-printed direct or with a decal using ceramic colours and kiln fired to ensure long life. This method is dishwasher-resistant and microwave safe as well as highly scratch-resistant. For larger-sized images and mugs requiring commercial use, we recommend the high fire option.
